Open Workshop is one of Denmark’s 4 film workshops that operate together under Filmtalent, with support from the Danish Film Institute. Open Workshop focuses its talent development efforts on animation film and game talents and thus functions as an artist residency, where both new talents, young professionals and budding artists can stay for a while to work on their personal projects. At the same time, they have access to skilled national and international consultants from the animation industry.
Open Workshop also supports Danish projects with development/production funding. The winner of the Open Workshop Danish Talent award will be awarded DKK 20,000 and a residency in Open Workshop.
