EMI WIDE CONCERT

EMI WIDE is an exciting artist on the Danish music scene, and known for her energetic productions that will make it hard for you not to start dancing! Inspired by artists such as Upsahl, Tove Lo, NAO, Doja Cat and Mø, she mixes hard-hitting beats and interesting lyrics with catchy melodies.

Her powerful vocals create an electro-pop universe that captures the listener immediately. EMI WIDE’s music is both powerful and silky smooth, and her unique sound and authentic style inspires.

EMI WIDE’s EP ‘Girl Is Gone’ from 2022 received a positive response and the single ‘ain’t a nice girl’ was very popular on Danish Radio P3’s Upcoming chart. EMI WIDE has performed at festivals in Denmark and Sweden and played her first (and sold out!) headliner concert at Ideal Bar in VEGA. In 2023, she signed a deal with Iceberg Music Group and was selected to play at the SPOT Festival same year.

In connection with Animation Boot Camp 2024, a team, under the direction of animator Tobias Gundorff Boesen (Former student at The Animation Workshop), will develop a series of shorter SoMe videos and possibly also cover art for EMI WIDE.

To round off the collaboration week, Ølluminati in downtow Viborg will host an intimate concert with EMI WIDE on September 12.
