Animation and visual storytelling add a magical height to imagination, stories and performances and you are invited along: for the 13th time we welcome children, young people, adults and the older generation to join of experiences, celebration and wonder based on the unique creative DNA, found everywhere in Viborg Municipality, and we invite the rest of the world along – as guests, but also with plenty of content.

We strive to give everyone the opportunity to discover the full diversity of the programs. Festival is categorized into four tracks: Kids; Film; Culture; Industry. These tracks express animation in each of their own way. Whether you are a family, a curious senior, a talented student or an industry professional, VAF24 provides something for all, despite your relation to animation!
