Join us for an interesting afternoon about animation and high-end graphics on low-end devices. Among the speakers, we have producers, designers and CEOs all representing a broad spectra within digital and media entertainment covering both the gaming industry and media industry. The conference aims to inspire and share tips and tricks and is relevant to everyone who engages in or dream about designing high-end animations and graphics for games, cartoons and shows playable on mobile devices. Jean-Philippe Randisi has over thirty years’ experience managing children entertainment companies and businesses. Most recently he was CEO of Zodiak Kids, a Banijay Group company and a global leader in kids entertainment, combining dedicated kids production companies in France and the UK, consumer products and sales division where he has built a healthy business with key brands such as Lilybuds, Floogals, and Secret Life of Boys.

Katherine is the co-founder of State of Play Games. State of Play makes lovingly crafted games and animations. Established in 2008, State of Play’s work has won a number of international awards including a BAFTA for Artistic Achievement for its handmade puzzle adventure game Lumino City and an Apple Design Award for its iOS game INKS. State of Play also made the puzzle game KAMI & KAMI 2. Katherine also sits on the Board of Directors of UKIE (UK Interactive Entertainment).

Jan Roed Thastum

Jan Roed Thastum is a self-proclaimed Swiss Army Knife of game development – having more than 15 years of experience in this field of work. He has been involved in projects ranging from MMOs to casual mobile games and has in the last 2.5 years been leading art production on several of Funday Factory’s largest productions.

Ricardo Ramos Lima

Ricardo has worked with games for the past 8 years, from indie games in Brazil to big mobile hits in Germany. From the experience of working with personal projects, small budget releases and big feature games, he has had the chance to tackle most of the unique issues that games can present to a developer and artist and try out different ways of solving these issues.

Now he’s sharing his knowledge with a really talented team in one of the most successful games companies of the world, Ubisoft.
